An Update

My phone has officially died, though it doesn't work inside the hospital anyway..so here is an update from the pulic computers. We're still here, unexpectedly...and unfortunately. Preston refuses to take a bottle and so can't come home. The surgery went well and he is feeling back to his normal self which is a plus - and slept nearly 4 straight hours last night - which is a huge improvement over the 1/2 hour the night before. Thanks for all the prayers being shot our way and with the help of those, they may release us from the hospital today...I hope.

I've been waiting impatiently all morning for the phone call from Primary Children's giving us Preston's call time for surgery tomorrow. Just got it - and sadly it's for 12:15, which really means 2:15 or later, which means I'm going to have a very ornery little boy when he discovers he can't eat after midnight tonight. Feel free to send many prayers our way! We hope surgery #3 will go smoothly and the recovery even more so.
